As vice president of marketing for Sexton and its creative group, I have helped enhance the brands of more than a dozen senior communities. This is one of my favorites. Beginning only with a logo and color palette, I fashioned a message and imagery with a fun, emotional appeal—much more compelling than many organizations which focus on building features. These pocket folders feature Velcro closures and a pocket design which prevents collateral from falling out. The design is sensitive to individuals with limited dexterity and who may be carrying folders while using walking aids. Click on the image for a larger view.
