This 30-second commercial stemmed from efforts to analyze advertising media performance and allocate budgets based on each channel’s ability to attract new customers. Ineffective promotional dollars were redirected, in part, to television—a first for the company. Based on more than 4000 customer surveys, the self-produced commercial was the most cost-effective means of generating new business. Click on the image for a larger view.
